We see the congregations struggling to find the right and vivid way to express clear convictions. And we see, at each of the meetings, the growth of the delegates, from individual persons to a group of companions in the Lord. These three congregations were of crucial importance, and they deserve at least the beginnings of an historian's serious account. This book gives them that, and good deal more.
